Any donation made over $50 is added to our ever growing display of donation plaques, in memory of your loved one, on the wall along the hallway to the Emergency Department.

Legacy Donations are recognized with a personalized plaque, customized to your preference (your name, name of your loved one, family name or the name of your organization etc.)

We use the Zeffy website for collecting donations and you will be taken to their website to complete the donation process. They do not charge any fees, so the entire donation amount will be submitted to us on your behalf. All donations made to the Athabasca Healthcare Centre Auxiliary Association are tax deductible and receipts will be issued.

Alternately, there are donation envelopes available in the Athabasca Hospital gift shop for cash and cheque donations. Cheques can also be mailed to us at the address below.
